- J DMar 01, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When I started my service here 1 year ago the staff was wonderful. I have been in 1 time since then to upgrade my phone and this lady was so rude and short. They were out of the one I wanted which was understandable she gave me a card and told me to call in 1 week to check. When I called I got no answer for 2 days then finally I got a hold of her and she said that they were still out of stock it will be a while and hung up. I'll be going to the store on Mckinney St in Denton where they know what customer service is from now on
